About Me

　　Professor of music education at National Taichung University of Education in Taiwan, and is elected as ISME Board in 2020-2024. She was commissioner of ISME Commission on Music in Special Education and Music Therapy (2014-2016), and served in the editorial committee of International Journal of Music Education (2012-2020). Professor Chen represents Taiwan in the Board of Asia-Pacific Symposium for Music Education Research (APSMER, regional conference of ISME). For ISME 2020 and 2022, she served in Scientific Committee as theme leader for submission review. She joins many professional associations and serves as executive director of National Arts Curriculum and Instruction Consulting Team as well as director of Music Educator Association of Taiwan. She is executive director of Taiwan Kodaly Society and was the 7th and 8th President.
